The Cumbernauld Tartan Army started off a couple of years ago with a bus being run to the Scotland games by a couple of guys from the Royal Mail in Cumbernauld. Over the last wee while it was getting more and more popular so it was decided to "go proper" and create a genuine, official Tartan Army for the residents of Cumbernauld and the surrounding area.

The sole aim for the club is to have a good time going to see Scotland, home and away, in a fun, friendly and safe way. We pride ourselves as being a family club, meaning that kids are more than welcome on any of our buses.

On match days, we currently pick up from the Cumbernauld Bowling Club in the Village, although more pick-up points may be added. After the game, we have secured the bowling club for a post-match bevvy, for those who want it. If you bring the kids along, they are welcome at the club until approximately 8pm, which may be later but this is down to the manager's discretion.
